How do I report fraud?

You can report fraud by:

Sending a secure message in Online Banking or the AlumniFi mobile app
Calling Member Support at 855-955-2965
Emailing Member Support at support@alumnifi.org

If your debit card is lost or stolen, call immediately so we can block your card and prevent unauthorized transactions.
