How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password anytime from the AlumniFi login screen. Select “Forgot Password?”, enter your email or username, and follow the one-time passcode (OTP) steps.
If you’re already logged in, you can update your password under Settings > Security.
What is AlumniFi’s routing number?

How do I add money to my account?
You can fund your account through:
- Direct deposit
- External transfers
- Mobile check deposit
- Transfers from apps like Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal™
What should I do if my debit card is lost or stolen?
First, lock your card from the AlumniFi app or Online Banking. Then, call (855) 955-2965 during business hours to report your card as lost or stolen. Our Member Support team will assist you with blocking your card and preventing further charges from being applied to your account.
Where can I find fee-free ATMs?
AlumniFi members have access to 30,000+ fee-free CO-OP ATMs nationwide. Find the nearest CO-OP ATM here.
Where can I use my AlumniFi debit card?
Anywhere Visa® is accepted — worldwide.
Traveling abroad? Just toggle Foreign Transactions on in the AlumniFi app under Manage Cards before you go.

Student loans are managed separately from AlumniFi accounts.
Applications are powered by RevlTek, and existing loans are serviced by ZuntaFi. This means student loan logins, payments, and support are handled outside of the AlumniFi app.
