Why was my mobile deposit rejected?

Mobile deposits may be rejected for a few common reasons:

  • The check wasn’t properly endorsed (must include “For Mobile Deposit Only”)
  • The images were blurry or cut off
  • The check amount was above your deposit limit
  • The check was altered, stale-dated, post-dated, or not eligible for mobile deposit
  • The check was a third-party or foreign check
