Why was my debit card transaction declined?

A transaction may be declined for several reasons:

  • Insufficient funds
  • A suspected fraudulent or unusual transaction
  • Your card is locked in the app
  • International transactions are disabled
  • You’ve reached your daily spending or ATM withdrawal limit 

Check the Manage Cards section in the app, review your balance, or contact Member Support at 855-955-2965 for help.
